I have thirteen years of experience as a UI Director, user interface architect and UE specialist, working for clients that have included Ford Motor Company, the United States Department of Defense, Arizona State University, Jaguar, Charles Schwab, E*Trade, Wells Fargo Bank and Commerce One. I have extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of user interface production, including the development of wireframes, information architecture, design and art production, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML and CSS. As a passionate advocate of user-centric design, I have ten years of experience in performing heuristic analyses, contextual inquiry and analysis, developing personas and use cases, writing test plans and conducting usability testing.
